Wow- I didn't even know these things existed.

Y'all have just given me the greatest idea- I think it might be time to bust the dehydrator out and work on some fun flavors for homeade chips!

Steve, if you are going to start a thread with this title, you must respect the name - Chick Fil A, and you also must be ready for my bullying and to get your feelings hurt. Are you ready?

This almost makes me want to go check out the Irish store that sells all the Walker's chips...almost. Not a fan of the Herr's chips, tried a few flavors and bleh.

Alison, she must mean The Celtic Centre on Baxter. They have all kinds of lovely things, and a nice food room in the back. I just looked up their website, and although it doesn't include a ton of information, there are a few photos, and you can see the food room.

I bought some very interesting chips at Target today: "Archer Farms" brand Sweet & Spicy Thai-Style Chile reduced fat potato chips. They are as hot or hotter than the Mackie's Scotch Bonnet chips that John S got for me about a year ago. There was also a Jalepeno-cheddar hummus chip and others that I may have to try.
