Jambalaya or Gumbo could be fun. Any other ideas?

All-ya-all would start out 8 point underdogs in a Gumbo match up...Selena's would kick some serious ass here...I guarantee.

As a child of Lafayette, Louisiana gumbo runs in my blood. So I would definitely be in.

Would love to get Bank Street in on a throwdown too, I hear they just started a doing a gumbo night over there.

Oooh.. it's getting saucy!

Y'all are starting to get me excited about this! The go-home-and-write-up-dishes kinda excited.

Are we all agreed on gumbo?

A gumbo throwdown in the heart of Carnival and leading up to Mardi Gras. As if I don't have enough going on this time of year already!

Be generous with the date, I would love to be in on this...

What are the rules for things like this? Is it make and bring, make on site, partial prep?
