I like Nuts 'n Stuff for some things, but being a cinnamon-a-holic, Penzey's is tough to beat for quality and variety of this food group. Penzey's array of chili peppers is also very deep.
As someone mentioned, Penzey's vanilla is expensive and we go through what seems like gallons of the stuff here at "Bunyanville". We just buy a few of Penzey's Madagascar vanilla beans a bottle of cheap 100 proof vodka and make our own extract for ~ $20/500ml.

If I remember, some of the Valu markets have fresh spices also at a fraction of Penzy's pricing (the Indian Valu Market has Indian spices, the Mexican oriented Valu has Mexican spices, etc. - not full lines, but regional stuff fresh & cheap)

I assumed that was the Latino and Asian Valu, but maybe it's the Indian Valu too?

The Whittington Parkway Valu is the one I consider the Indian Valu. I picked up a lime pickle there for my boss.
