Thanks to everyone that has helped! We are overwhelmed from the outpouring of support for our little pup. The PayPal info is buried in one of the Facebook posts and can be reassembled beertje42 at yahoo dot com by replacing the appropriate words with symbols. Thank you all again!

We just all hope that Jackson gets well quickly! Hopefully Jacksons for Jackson will allow you to save your collection!

Majid's will happily match the $100 contribution.

This is the season. This is one of our own. This is a family member.

PS. I haven't met Jackson, but Len and Nancy's pup is adorable!

You can put the CPC down for five Jacksons as well.

My original proposition on Facebook was intended to be Willie Nelson esque. When WN had to sell everything to cover his tax bills, but his friends bought everything and gave it right back to him.

And it seems quite apropos. Can one ever truly give enough back to a person who has impacted thier lives in such a way, over so many years?

A very generous response from Tony, Len, Majid, and Shawn as well as what I'm sure is a host of donations from the many kind individuals here. Way to go!

And Willie Nelson it is!

The generosity of the food and beer community has been overwhelming. We really appreciate the support we've received. Becky is at the hospital now and should have an initial report soon. Thank you again! You all are the best.

Jackson update, FINALLY:
The Dr. has decided not to operate on Jax. He has responded well to the meds and is progressing toward normal. He is cognizant even through the pain meds and recognizes Becky and Bailey when they visit. He is able to feed himself, but still unable to stand. He will be immobilized in a partial body cast for the next few months to ensure no further neck/spine damage. He may be home by Friday. Still unclear. I think the Vet has to check when his next boat payment is due.

Thanks to everyone that donated to keep our little guy alive. The response was overwhelming and means the world to us.
Cheers,
