Istanbul Palace is Closing

OK, the one I'm thinking of is where Cape Codder used to be, that Anthony Lamas has the East End site of Seveche for a while........am I off base?????

Perhaps belaboring the point, but you're describing the strip on the NE corner of Goose Creek and Westport (and wasn't it the Hungry Pelican rather than Cape Codder?) while the Istanbul was at the SW corner in behind a gas station (and invisible from the corner).

It was Hungy Pelican - I thought Hungry Pelican bought out Cape Codder or was the same entity with a name change. After Cutting Board closed after only a few months, Seviche moved in much to my delight. The current restaurant is Taj Palace.
