A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

Maybe a "Testicle Truck" or "Nuts in a Truck" could be the next food rage - maybe city hall would relax their ordinance for such an endever.

Clearly, Cordish, the Courier Journal, Budweiser, and YUM! have conspired against all mobile genital vendors.

Mr. Clancy,
I’m very glad you recognized court bouillon. Yes incredibly classical yet very, very good! You made me smile after a long hard day. Cheers to you sir! Sorry I don’t know you better, I’m just trying to give a quick 411 on how to cook testicles, now all the readers of your thread know. Hopefully anyone reading this will respect the offal meats and will maybe try one or two. Snout to tail, respect for the animal that gave its life so a human can survive. Bow to the bison for giving us his balls.
If you want to do something outside of classical PM me.
I’ll regret this tomorrow…

Ironically, I have a side bet going with my daughter that I could prepare and execute said cajones and, so long as the flavor profile and presentation are good, any guest would eat them and LOVE them! Of course, once they knew what they had just eaten, it would likely end in a sprint to the john.....Sounds like a perfect candidate for a "Mystery Throwdown"!! Chefs could each be given an offal meat to prepare for judges...yes!! Robin??
