Compare Cafe Lou Lou in St. Matthews and the Douglass Loop. Or Heine Brothers Coffee on Bardstown at Longest, Eastern Parkway and Douglass. Seems to me that if you've earned popularity, distance doesn't matter much.

New update:
All paperwork has been filed, we are currently accepting applications for all positions, and we are getting ready to start painting.
We are looking at opening (if all goes as expected) before the end of the year!!!!
Hopefully, I will have some pictures of the construction to post soon.

Just to keep everyone updated..... as some may have already noticed the building has been painted, all licenses have been filed and we are getting ready to replace the carpet. Moving right along so far no snags at this point to hold us up. If all goes as planned we will definately be open by the end of the year!
