As I said to Mark, I was there, you were not, and I wish you would stop judging out of hand. Don't understand how that is so hard to grasp, without taking offense. These are people's livelihoods you are pontificating with.

Okayfine, Reagan. You were there. Tell us what you heard, and please explain how and why commenting negatively about a threefold failure to return a phone call in any way impacts on anyone's livelihood. That sounds a bit exaggerated to me.

I wish that Nancy would return and clarify her position instead of letting Reagan speak for her! Considering she's the one that requested the service and didn't receive it.

Wow - I spoke with a lady and even told her that I had called 3 times. She apologized, but I never received a phone call. Anyway, I was referred to Ray at Flame Control of America, and he was here at 8AM this morning. Now that's great service.

Ray is a great guy! He has put in 3 hoods for me over the years and has always been very dependable. I just had a new one installed this past month by another company and it took them forever and a day to complete the job. And I do mean forever! My landlord chose the company against my recommendation of Ray.
