rocky's to open a new location in louisville

If it's the vacant National City location in the Gardiner e Shopping Center, it would be cool to see them use the old drive thru building in the parking lot, too. Someone would just have to figure out a container design to fit in those tubes.

They've started work on converting the bank building for Rocky's. When I walked by last week, it looked like they were tearing out the old bank vault. The old drive-through in the parking lot is gone, and a new building is under construction there. There was no indication what it will be used for.

The drive through building is becoming Orange Leaf.

Todd is right. Castiron Skillet Steaks went into the original Rocky's location in Jeffersonville, on Utica Pike/Market Street. There were a couple of other businesses in there in the meantime.

The Lighthouse bar and restaurant is NEXT to the original Rocky's in Jeffersonville. We haven't eaten there in several years but they used to have excellent food.

The dude abides but the Lighthouse endures. It's been there since I worked at Rockys..... in the late 70's. Decent fish sammich and you can't find cheaper drinks.
