Oh hell no, Steve! There was no mention of a local microbrewery in there!

Ooops....forgot to mention, there will be a combination micro-brewery-wood-fired-pizzeria going in as an "Anchor". Their beer will only contain locally grown hops mashed under-foot of previously mentioned team of nubile young virgins. The locally sourced organic Barley will be roasted over locally sourced hardwood. In keeping with environmentally (i.e. "green") friendly practices, the coals from roasting the barley will be recycled as charcoal for the locally built pizza oven. The wood used to roast the barley (and fire the pizza oven) will all be locally sourced hardwood harvested under a "fair trade" and environmentally friendly agreement...In other words the slave labor used to harvest the wood will be paid minimum wage and any animals affected by said harvest will be be placed in a local shelter until a loving foster family is found to offer them shelter in a new tree/forest.

This project was always "pie in the sky" from the very beginning. The project was supposed to be "privately financed". So why did they need bank financing ? And why did they need a HUD loan ? Keep in mind, this is the same group of people that Mayor Fisher just allowed to redevelop Whiskey Row on Main St.
