The bread pudding pancakes at Toast win my vote without a doubt.

They are so good they'll put the lead in your pencil.

Dutch Baby or German Pancakes are basically baked pancakes. There are a huge variety, you can do almost anything with the flavors. I love doing a caramel apple walnut variety this time of year. Yum!

those are incredible. I had those just the other day, it was like eating desert for breakfast. I have had the lemon soufflé pancakes as well, but I have to admit, the North End had lemon pancakes with a blueberry compote once as their special, and those ruined the version at Toast for me; the NE pancakes blew the Toast lemon pancakes out of the water.

The Fireside in Sellersburg has opened for breakfast and has an ourstanding whole wheat pancake. The mix come from Great Harvest Bread. Great choice of toppings
