Good one, Justin! You may as well start your research on links to previous discussions on "the best pizza in town" because someone will be posting that question shortly as well.

Just for the record, we do not have any rule against repeating frequently asked questions. A reiteration of a golden topic might bring out new or changed information, and it spares digging deep into the archives.

Now, posting a new query when there's already an active thread on the first page of posts, that might be a little cheeky ...

I wasn't trying to be smart; just making sure everyone knew that there was already some good info out there.

I guess I was looking for something more along the lines of WW Cousins. Some place we could get great burger and the kids plainer ones. I know Jack Fry's is great, but not so much for my kiddos.

We used to have a place here in Etown that had good burgers, great buns, and a topping bar. I'm looking for something like that.

Trisha, with this info in mind, you really can't go wrong with WW Cousins (most variety, largest toppings bar and very kid friendly...I believe on Mondays kids of a certain age eat free), HomeRun Burgers (no toppings bar, but they are happy to pile on almost anything that you like and they have siome very good fries), or Bluegrass Burgers (slightly smaller scale, but local beef etc is used).

Hope u and your family have a great burger very soon! DD

Oh, I know. I wasn't being cranky, just taking a moment to reassure everyone. 8)

With that criteria I would definitely say Home Run Burgers! Local place, very clean and friendly with great burgers and fries.

1. WW Cousins
2. Home Run Burgers
3. Five Guys

I think these places best fit the OP's criteria.

60 West makes a damn good burger too. It's a ribeye burger topped with (i think) chipotle mayo. Delicious.

Went to the zoo for a great time today. Was starving after. Ended up at Bunz, the kids had pizza from Pappolini's. My burger was GREAT! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better than what I am able to get here in Etown. The guy working the counter was SUPER friendly.

This, but swap move 1 to the three slot and everyone else up one.

IMO, the answer is Volare Italian Restaurant. My mouth waters at the mere thought of their "Meatball Slyder" from the Cicchetti (Small Plate) menu - a petite lamb meatball sandwich with melted provolone, peppers, onions and a green peppercorn demiglaze. I think it is the demiglaze that puts it over the edge; that and the total meat feel in the mouth that can make us non-vegetarians go rhapsodic.
