I worked at an oyster bar in Houston in college and stuck a shucker right through my hand. 9 staples and a serious staph infection later that was the end of my days at that restaurant.

I don't know if Michael are still serving oysters on the half shell, but the Limestone Restaurant on Hurstbourne had excellent oysters.
