Sorry... I didn't mention the fact that Moe's offers tofu...
The point I was trying to make, was a comparison of several places based on the same ingredients...If Moe's does tofu any better than it's chicken then someone let me know.

I found the place slightly better than Qdoba's(which doesn't say much) and it didn't inspire me for another visit.
With so many other options out there I don't understand how adding tofu to beans(aren't beans a great source of protein?) and rice is an improvement.

If you want tofu you'll probably be better served making it yourself or going to someplace like August Moon, Vietnam Kitchen or another Asian place...I'm not trying to offend my veggie/vegan freinds but..IMHO tofu(and I don't care what you marinate it in or how you prepare it)+burrito=gross..Not good eats.

It's no different than putting steak in texturewise.

Plus for those of us who hate beans this works nicely.

When I make burritos at home though I use faux-burger. There isnt a place in town that offers that option for tacos or burritos.
