Deb, it's lemony, but I promise it won't pucker your lips. It's more of a light, sunshiny kind of taste.
Annie, I charge $40 for a cake that will easily serve 16. I'll try to make the cake nearly every day til Valentine's Day, then I'll be making about once every week or so. I love to experiment, and I've got a lot of fans of my Hummingbird Cake clammoring for more. I also want to have something rich and chocolatey for Valentine's Day. You all are the best!
