Ergo, then, Ovoid Huevos?

Eternally Tormented Orange Haberdashers?

Exquisitely Temperate Orangutan Haggis?

We serve brunch starting at 10 am until 3 pm every Saturday and Sunday!

I will give forum members 20 % off of their bill for the next week to come check us out. Just mention Louisville hotbytes to your server. This deal will be good today through Sunday February 13.
We serve lunch 7 days a week plus breakfast/brunch on the weekends from 10am-3pm. We are right inside the Goss Ave Antique Mall where the Cafe used to be except we are on the first floor with over 3000 sq ft. So if you love Saturday and Sunday Brunch and don't want to wait for a hour or more to get a table at some other places come check us out! Grab a table, read the paper and relax. We don't have a buffet, it's all off the menu. Made to order omletes, breakfast burritos with chorizo sausage, eggs benedict, cooked to order egg plates, french toast, fruit blintzes, pancakes, fresh fruit salad, kids eat for $4 ..plus we have a very cozy comfortable dining room and a very nice attentive staff. You will find our menu on our website.

In a couple of weeks (date TBA) we will start serving dinner Thursday, Friday & Saturday plus we will be opening the bar up and sprucing up our back entrance.

What a generous offer Michele.
You were next on our list of breakfast places outside of our J-town cocoon. Now I'm sure we will see you sometime this weekend! Colleen LOVES blintzes! :D

Excellent! I love to make crepes! And yes it is still mainly me working the line!

Be sure to look around the mall a bit if you've never been. It's pretty cool, lots of interesting things. I've started collecting vases that have been signed by the artist and the dessert cart that I have in the restaurant came from the mall. This building is also very cool, it was built in the 1880's as a textile mill and given as a wedding gift to a family member. There is a book being released on February 14 about Germantown and the Booker Building by a local author. I believe sometime this year the building will be re-named to represent it's history and a new historical marker will be presented.

And if you bring your church bulletin, don't you still get some kind of lagniappe?

Robin,

Check with Debbie on that. She runs a variety of specials and I know we used to do the bulletin discount.

The Grape Leaf has an excellent brunch. Two people can split an appetizer and an entree and still satisfy.

Also, there is hardly ever a wait. It isn't the food as it is excellent. I just don't think that many people think of The Grape Leaf for brunch.....sort of a best kept brunch secret!

We really enjoyed our breakfast yesterday at Michele's on Goss.
The service was excellent and everything we had was very good. :D
Colleen proclaimed the strawberry blintzes as some of the best she's ever had.
I enjoyed my fluffy ham and Gruyere omelet very much. The only small nitpick I could possibly make is I thought the hash brown casserole was a just a little dry.
It was also cool to stroll through the antique mall after. We haven't been there in quite sometime. We almost bought an old Victrola 78rpm player.
I believe Michele's will become part of our regular rotation of breakfast places!
