Does anyone here have a child in JCPS?

Question as to relevance: We all (Metro residents) do pay school taxes, and we live in the community where the JCPS students will grow up and become contributing tax payers. Or not.In other words, we all have a stake.

Careful there Robin....carrrrrrreful. You almost used the words/expression "stake holder"...Just one of the (several) phrases we frown on out here in Gumption County. As a gentle warning, use of such expressions often result in the user being placed on "the list"...and we all know what can happen then.
As a public service to the uninitiated, we also frown on (among others) the words:
Closure
Nurturer
Validate
Bonding
Consensus
Dialog
Empower
Enabler
Level the playing field
and of course (my favorite)
French Culture.

I'm interested in seeing varying answers with regards to people that have children and not; whether their opinions and judgments lay on the same track.
NOT.
Oh. You don't have a child , so your opinion doesn't weigh as much in this conversation.
