Had a " dine and float away " last year on the docks. ( pre-planned apparently )
River patrol hooked me up, upon boarding their vessel going thru paperwork, insurance, boating violations etc.., alcohol violations, their citations were in the lower one thousand dollar range, all for a $30.00 tab
