I'd like to commit on the bar for sale on Frankfort Avenue.
As a commercial realtor with a focus on restaurants and bars I have access to any commercial listing in KY or IN. My specialization in the industry stems from a long 15+ year career in the business ranging from operations to management. I enjoy working with those in the industry and I'm more than happy to speak with anyone who may need info on specific locations for sale or business for sale.

Yup - that's the place I was referring to, except maybe google hasn't updated the fact that Instanbul Cafe opened up there late summer. I've eaten there once.
