It also loads quickly on the phone...big bonus! Though I really liked the photo...that says so much more than the standard restaurant frontage a lot of places use.
Another site that I think is well done is Seviche's. It's very simple, good colors and easy to get to the menu. Another smart thing they did was put the phone number at the top of every page and it's a link if you are browsing by phone...insta-dial is win!
I was just on a website for a Mexican place we ordered dinner from and got stuck in menu hell. While I could get to their menu easily, I couldn't get back to the main page to get their phone number! They were lucky I had a serious craving for some mexican tonight!
Matt...Not trying to be harsh, but on first glance, the site looks more like a company that sells or supplies food carts more so than one that is out sell food. If you would like some more insight to make your site work, PM me.

You've been very open to input on your menu ideas, logo and shirt designs. And no, I'm not trying to solicit business...I don't have time to take on anything else right now and I wouldn't charge a fellow forumite. I was merely offering to give you some suggestions on how to make the site work for your business needs. While you don't think they are worth putting money into for advertising, you are wanting to let people know where your truck is going to be and since you have the twitter feed on your website, it seems like a logical place for people to seek you out since not everyone is on Twitter.

I would presume it’s because the chef spends so much time getting in touch with his sensitive side... you should see the sweater he made me for Christmas...it was very special. Spelled Feliz Navidad with two v's - so I think he may have been sipping the special egg nog. But Gifts like that - show - there is a man behind the whites... not afraid to do a little quilting from time to time.
