Maybe you could send yum brands a link to this forum? That would let them know your level of frustration at least.

in NA we liked going to La Rosita, just have not been to the new location, we talked about going but were waiting till the kinks got worked out. We like going to the La Rosita Carniceria over here as well. Have also been to the cuban place here in Jeff, though the name escapes me at the moment.

Annemarie, i didnt call corporate but i sent them an email as well. i was kind of trying to give the franchise a chance to address the problem first.

Sending a link to this forum..... Never thought about that and who would i send it to.

My satisfaction does not come from free food. Many times i have refused free food, coupons, etc. My satisfaction comes from letting someone in management know about a situation, and knowing that they sincerely care about the situation and will try to rectify it in the future.

For instance, i will not be satisfied here until i reach someone to let them know what happened that night. We tried calling again, got nowhere, were given another number to call, still no answer. So, i am going to try to email the franchise office.

My point wasn't about your end goal. It was really about whether the manager would be fired. No offense implied.

That's by 989 registered members. Count in the lurking public and it's probably way up in five figures.

See, this is what I do not understand. I know I'm the little guy in the chain ocean, but I make it a point to answer each and every e-mail and phone call I get from customer feedback. I respond personally and never use a form letter, and I do everything I can to address the customer's issues. Trust me, I have plenty to do, I'm not bored for things to occupy my time, but I still think it is vital to good customer service and our good name to go the extra mile and respond to every single customer. And I vow to continue to do that going forward.

I have had numerous dealings with the "big boys" and their methods of responding to customer complaints, and I am continuously amazed at how they choose to respond, if at all.

It is a service industry after all.

YUM is so big they just don't care about individual complaints compared to a smaller organization (just my opinion).
