Dish on Market New Year's Eve Service Industry Night

by Bret Donaldson » Mon Dec 20, 2010 2:10 pm

Dish on Market (434 West market Street) will be open until the wee hours - no cover all night. Live DJ until Midnight or later.

For our friends "In the Biz" (restaurant, hotel/motel, other Service Industry), we'll be opening the upstairs as a private lounge area and offering $1.50 Domestics and $3 Call drinks all night. We have a couple other little perks for our Industry friends as well.

We'll start our celebrating before the UK-Louisville game, so come early and stay late - hope to see you!

Bill,

Sounds wonderful! Is it menu or buffet? Can you share pricing?

Just back from a wonderful brunch at Shady Lane Cafe. I'm now wondering why did it take us so long to eat there? All I can say is "Wow" and I know that we will be back often. Thanks for a great meal Bill and Susie!

Oh DRAT - wish I'd seen this earlier and had managed to drag myself out of bed before 1! LOVE Shady Lane and would have loved to have a bite to eat cooked by someone other than me before facing the mountain of dishes from last night's NYE extravaganza!

Thanks for the kind words, Dan. We had a blast seeing old and new friends and bringing in the new year with the limited brunch menu. Yeah for limited menus so much easier and fun than doing the full menu and then switching to lunch. ! Happy New Years to all.
