heh, yeah, well there you go..they aren't from key west...but I do think the graham v. pastry is kind of like the bbq sauce debate.

I sent my parents to Mojito for their anniversary because my dad LOVES Key Lime pie and they said they have never carried it. Weird.

I can testify that they had it on the Sunday buffet last weekend. But maybe it's not a regular menu item.

I had the chance to do some online research and came across http://www.stevesauthentic.com

--this guy is in NYC, buys the limes and squeezes fresh juice to make his pies. I had fun reading his web site, I am CRAVING a key lime pie, but now i MUST squeeze the limes myself...And:

he uses a graham cracker crust...

I'm just saying...
