Who's counting? Not me! Mark, you apparently had a PR person send out the notice on this for you, and I think in their enthusiasm, they crafted a press release that might have made this excellent project seem a little more "innovative" than it actually is. Not to take anything away from it, at all. I'm looking forward to getting a taste of it ... I just can't decide if it's better with breakfast or after dinner! 8)

Robin,

The enthusiasm is mine. I am sincerely so excited to be working with Mark and Cumberland. I've always wanted to have Red Hot Roasters as a part of a small batch beer. To celebrate I thought it would be fun to invite everyone out to share in some Holiday Cheer. I hope you can join us.

Sondra, I admire your enthusiasm. :) I know the drink will be great, I was a little more concerned about the "PR-ishness" of the news release, which I don't think you wrote. I was crabby because I had to spend time editing it down a bit to bring it into line with reality in terms of this not being exactly the first time ever that someone ever thought of blending coffee and dark beer. No big deal, though. I'm looking forward to tasting it.

Brownings Java Stout --- we paired w/ Java Brewing Company/ Safai for a special blend of the perfect beans. It is available in 22 oz bottles. Brian also just brought on tap a Black IPA-- "Sherpa"-- that has our customers very excited. :D
