I completely enjoyed your salmon special last Sat night!
Grilled salmon on a bed of sauteed spinach and onions topped with a spicy tomato sauce, accompanied by fried polenta! Whew.... a truly fabulous meal. I hope you offer that again!

Oh yes, almost forgot, my husband had the always perfect filet with gorgonzola. Also, we enjoyed a fantastic "super Tuscan" (wine) at a fabulous price. Oh my, I'm drooling again.
