After getting clearance from Robin for this post (call it a free help wanted ad, and thank you, cause the CJ is high dollar), I'd like to spread word that we will begin hiring soon for all positions, including a pastry chef to provide for both restaurants. Needless to say, serious inquiries...and if you catch us at a busy time, best to just have your resume on hand and give us time to review it at a later date. Thanks! We're totally excited about this stuff!!!

We are so excited to hear about this! We absolutely love Seviche, and to have an off-shoot so close to home is great news! We are really getting some great options out here in the burbs, and thank you Anthony, for taking the chance! We'll try and do our part to support you! :D

Tony, I think my response to your post got moved or something, but just wanted to say we order your pizza in all the time. We introduced it to our new neighbors and they now say it's their favorite. They had never had it before. Kim, were so excited aswell and muchas muchas gracias! It's all of you who support are great original restaurants, that make us Chefs inspire everyday. I'm in Costa rica and just got to an internet cafe and checked e-mails and this forum. I have purchased some of the coolest art for Seviche -a latin bistro. I'm so excited to get back and try some new ideas for my seviche bar. They have really good food here and the weather is 78 with about a half hour of rain daily. I went fishing and caught 3 red snappers and a 120 lbs. marlin. The marlin we put back, but the snappers we kept and made seviche right on the boat. It was amazing! I'm coming back to Louisville so so inspired. Muchas gracias y buen provecho!

Seviche-a latin bistro will open late Oct. we will be located at 2929 goose creek rd. where the cutting board was. We will remove the exterior to get rid of any sign of the hungry pelican and the cutting board. We will feature a seviche bar and give the outside and inside a rustic latino look. We will have an outdoor patio and private dining area. Oct. 18 th will be the pre-opening and I will send out invitations in Sept. sometime. Muchas gracias y buen provecho!

Not I, my friend. I don't like restaurant type work. I'm good with the brides.
Seriously, though, Sullivan does have a placement office for even the "seasoned" grads--you know those of us with some life and experience on our backs.

A Seviche in my own neighborhood! Good to see you last night Anthony, and best of luck on Goose Creek. I hope to see you at the opening!

Anthony,

Were you able to get approval for the outside liquor license? I thought that was a problem for Cutting Board at that location ...(or am I remembering wrong?)

VERY welcome to the neighborhood: we live about 2 miles away!

Thank you all! Yes, I am able to have the outside license. I had to have some zoning issues worked out. I hope to have all of you, at the pre-opening on Oct. 18th.
