We tried it tonight. The thin crust is absolutely the way to go. The cheese has a edge that I'm not sure I like, but overall beats the other chain options just by the fact I don't taste steamed cardboard box. I might try adding some of my own toppings with their basic thin pizza as a base.

I personally think that Papa Murphy's menu has a bit of Jekyll and Hyde about it. Their regular crust pizzas have always seemed pretty wimpy and inferior to me. I'm an ex-Chicagoan, so I like my pizzas big and thick.Papa Murphy's stuffed pizzas fill that bill and then some. I don't know exactly what one weighs, but you sure know you're carrying a hunk of food out to the car. I would say that their toppings are a cut above what you'll get any place outside of the elite Boombozz-level joints, and they have a good tomato-y sauce. Like a lot of the other posters I also really like having my 'za fresh and hot out of my own oven, baked just the way I like it.

If you like a big and hearty stuffed pizza, try either the Big Chicago or the chicken and garlic. I would stay away from the new double-stuffed pepperoni pie they've been pushing lately. It turns out you CAN have too much pepperoni on a pizza, and it turns it into a greasy mess. Who knew?:)

We love Papa Murphy's! I've never paid full price since there are always coupons in the Sunday coupon fliers and, like someone else posted, you can get one when you take their online survey. They are our go to place after the weekly shopping trip to Kroger. I hate to come back from that task and then have to cook dinner! I especially like that they have spinach and zucchini along with the old standard toppings and being able to bake it to your liking really seals the deal. :D
When in doubt, add more wine.
