Spanish Chorizo

We have the "real" thing at Creation Gardens. A plate with some chorizo, manchego cheese, little jamon, some olives, bread...now that's a snack!

my niece told me they have several types/choices at Fresh Market - I haven't checked it out personally

I have to say I like the kind that comes in a pack of individual links for grilling - cut in half, serve on a hard roll w/ mustard of choice mmmm...
