I think Dan and I are thinking the same thing...a higher quality product using Grandma's best recipes and better ingredients. None of this gravy from a carton and frozen mashed potatoes stuff.

At the same time, you could upscale some of the things and make me equally happy...Lobster Mac N Cheese done with 5 cheeses and a crunchy bread topping anyone?

Grandma's best doesn't necessarily mean inferior ingredients..... personally, i dont use pre-made things, everything is homemade from scratch, adding to the "comfort food" feeling.
