A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

If they were 20oz then that makes sense. $4.50/14oz and $5.50/20oz for "craft" beer and $1 less for mega brews.

I'm 100% sure I paid $4.50 for 14oz Hoptimus because I couldn't believe how cheap it was. David Pierce about fell out of his chair when she told us the price.

Viewing the game just got easier - Insight worked out a deal with CSS to show it, so any bar with cable can offer it now.

If you live in the following areas, here you go:

+Lexington (channel 14)
+Bowling Green (channel 5)
+Northern Kentucky (channel 99 without digital box, 422 with box)
+Louisville (channel 22 without box, 503 with box)
+Evansville/Henderson (channel 74 without box, 503 with box)

14oz swill is $3.50
14oz Hoptimus is $4.50 (Cheapest I've found)

I do not drink SWILL. However Bud is good. Hoptimus in nasty.

Not a game room, but 2 tables and a video game or 2 at the far right(SW) side of the restaurant.

You might want to fix the quote, Robin. It should read:

Steve Shade wrote: I do not drink SWILL. However Bud is good, Hoptimus is nasty.
.

It can't be good for NABC's business if David is misquoted on the WWW saying that Hoptimus is nasty.

And I think Hoptimus is not nasty. In fact, I took down a growler of it while watching my Cats win on Saturday.

I think it should read "I will not drink swill but Bud and Hoptimus are both good".

I can't BBQ or Grill without my "Bud"...but after the dishes are cleaned off the table a Hoptimus (etc) is quite refreshing. A place for everything and everything in it's place. :D

I have some friends going to Big Blue Country, apparently a sports bar for UK fans. It's at Baxter and Lexington. Has anyone been? I'm wondering what their beer selection and menu look like.

I have not been, but have heard good things about both the atmosphere and food.
