Ethiopian, Congolese, Columbian, Peruvian, Mexican, African, Thai, Guatemalan, Rwandan, and Indian.

I thought the selections were great and have never seen any of the above foods at the fair. I could do without the funnel cake, burger, and hotdog stands, but being able to have food from 10-12 countries in a few hours is pretty awesome.

The standouts for me were the doro wot (spicy Ethiopian chicken dish), the anticuchos (Peruvian beef heart skewers), and Choclo (Peruvian corn: yellowish-white, mildly sweet, and sport exceptionally large kernels).

I only participated in the Parade of Cultures this year with the Italian contingent. I did make a quick pass by the food booth to take in the smells.
I am the original Mike G, never mind the impostor.

I am kind of a big deal.
