A coworker of mine who is from Malaysia introduced me to Singapore Mei Fun - it's one of his favorite things to get from Chinese take-out places because he says it really reminds him of home. You do need to ask for lots of curry though if you want it a little more authentic... I've compared what I receive to what he receives (by default, no sepcial request) and his always has a lot more curry added. It really is one of the best things to get from most Chinese take-outs.
