Point of reference on an old thread..... Wittekerke Wit, Belgian pale wit beer is now my number 1 lawnmower brew replacing Bitburger. Picked up three cases yesterday ahead of the season.

Seeing the title of this thread pop up again is like watching a zombie rise up from the grave. I guess good subjects never die!

Wild, a classic thread.

I've always preferred something like great lakes dortmunder gold for yardwork beer.

Tonights mowing beers were Diamond Bear's Irish Red and Founder's Harvest Ale. I'm thinking I'll move on to some FFF's Zombie Dust to go with the ribeye steaks that are on the dinner menu.

My current favorite Lawnmower beer...It's gonna be really-really hard to knock this one off the podium.

I have a buddy who lives in Munster. He picked me up a case a few weeks ago.

Jungle Jim's...Apparently it's only available in three states; Michigan, Ohio and one other state (can't recall which one).

Lucky guy...what did you think of it? I love APA's and IPA's. I really enjoy it, b/c it isn't quite as hoppy as Alpha King! Just wish it was easier to get.

I really like it, probably in my top 5.

I bought a six pack and growler of it last summer while visiting FFF and I've been craving it ever since. FFF struggles to keep it in stock. I follow them on facebook and they announce when they have it available, so I can have my buddy pick up cases when needed. I treat it as a rare beer and only drink 1 or 2 every week or so.

This eFF-ing thread is pissing me off royally by touting beers that us commoner's can't seem to get a hold of. I've had several people traveling through Cincy stop and try to get me some Founder's "All Day IPA" with no joy.

Now Justin proclaims yet another beer I have little hope of procuring as the next coming for bitter beer drinkers. I wouldn't care a fig if David would just keep the Extraordinary Bitter or Beaks on cask for me. Really David do you enjoy seeing me in such a bitter rage?

Actually, I'm ok now. I've just poured a 12oz can of Boulder's "hazed & infused" into a Charlestown Pizza Company glass and I'm somewhat mollified for the moment.

I've sent an e-mail to Dutch's Bar and Bottle in Cincy. If they confirm they have the "All Day" I will make the trip up this weekend. I'll probably also stop at Jungle Jim's and get some 21st Amendment "A Bitter American." I'm down to my last six pack of that in the cans.

What's that? You don't have any 21st Amendment? And you call yourselves beer drinkers!

Cheers!
I'm a bitter drinker....I just prefer it that way

This eFF-ing post is pissing me off. You're drinking a beer, a pretty good beer, and I'm sitting at work. Who really has it rough?
