Like a good, innovative, even-the-rest-of-the-world-now-copies-us, American-style IPA? I agree 100%.

Thats a brave post informing the beer snobs on this forum that you have some American "swill" for sale at your place. Heaven forbid you should try to have a bit of something for everyone. Bud Light, how dare you!!!

I inquired as to what went wrong on monday, it seems the C02 tank was empty and the Oaktimus draft "unfloated" itself which means it didn't have any CO2 pressure to pour. Very sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, not every one can work our draft system as proficiently as others. Let me know via PM when you are thinking of coming in next and I'll buy you a beer. I'm at O'sheas every day but Sunday and Monday.
Speaking of the Oaktimus. It is awesome stuff, and we have a little left. The age adds a complexity you rarely find in an IPA style. It is a high ABV beer so we try to keep the higher gravity brew in 10 oz. pours.
