We had a great time, and enjoyed meeting new people. We got a little misty while reminiscing on the many, many good times we have had at Melillo's. Oh, and the mussels just about made me cry too! They were crazy delicious. Seems to be a theme going with that. They were the hit of the night. Just barely fishy - just enough to remind you that you were eating something that lived in the ocean. The flavor was full, and they had the right consistency. If only all mussels were like that.
Guys, I'm SOOOOOOO Sorry I missed out on the evening......this the first time that I've been online since the event, and it looks like you had a wonderful time. Can somebody write up a report of the evening for those of us who were down for the count with the crud?
