At the risk of furthering the argument, I'll chime in on the side of Mr. Hagan. What appears to be an advertising piece should have a source attributed to it.

If i didn't know the source I'd be reluctant to disseminate it. But that's just me. I have lots of friends who do this through email. I consider it one level above spam.
