Best Sunday brunch buffet?

Thinking particularly of Crescent Hill/Bardstown/St. Matthews and the east end, who is the consensus pick as top of the pack these days? Not talking about menu brunch - although I know there are some great ones - but the expansive buffet spreads.

Not really an answer, but I think the Bristol has a horrible brunch buffet.

I have to give props to Ramsi's. Lots of fresh fruits, desserts, hot foods, but best of all, PLENTY of vegetarian and vegan selections. A great buffet must be inclusive of all dietary choices, IMO. Everything last Sunday was yummy!

I like Rivue's brunch a lot.

I return to both Ramsis and Limestone- I like them both, the decision depends on if I feel like cleaning up a bit and taking a drive or just schlubbing it to the Highlands. Guess which one usually wins?

I do have my heartfelt favorites that do not meet the East End/Highlands/St. Matthews local, but they are worth the go...... Rivue and the Oak Room. Both put on an INCREDABLE spread. Not cheap, not overly expensive either (Under $30 the last time I checked).

I echo Ramsi's. I love the quirkyness of the localle, and the food is consistently good, and a bit adventurious.

Limestone is always a good choice. The Bourbon Mash Griddle Cakes are excellent, and they always have fun desserts.

Now, if you want good down home meat and three type buffet, then Cunninghams down on River Road is a must....

Ramsi's especially with their new omelet station.
DakShin if you want to eat Indian food.

Only two brunch buffets in town I eat at.

Another vote for Rami's. I definitely eat more than $13 worth of smoked salmon when I am there.

Ryan's in Fern Creek at Btown and Hurstbourne. $4.99 Saturday and Sunday. How can you beat that

Oh, and if you get there about 10:30am at Ryan's they switch over to lunch and you get breakfast AND lunch for one low price of 4.99

if you eat a pound of bacon a bunch of sausage and eggs, six or eight pieces of friend chicken, a bunch of veggies, five pieces of cake or pie, some ice cream and cookies you will def get your $4.99 worth!

Brunch..A Dirty Word....I could tell you a few stories about that...Just read what Bourdain has to say...I really doubt any print will kill at this point...but the food might....
