A couch in Andy's house.
WOW!! There was a Victoria Station in Berkeley and I think I had those same ribs!!! (cut off of a "109" prime rib, shoved in the cooler, and saved for just that kind of thing). Depending on how the original 109 was cooked (i.e. slow roasted in rock salt or rubbed) the ribs were, or could be, fall off the bone delicious. Thank's Carla for the trip down memory lane!....carla griffin wrote:A million years ago when I worked at Victoria Station, we had BBQ beef ribs on the menu. They were limited since all they did was used the ribs cut from the prime rib slabs. THOSE ribs were fantastic! I'd love to find someplace that served beef ribs like that.
