Coals Offline - Price and attendees.

by Mark R. » Thu Feb 02, 2012 6:53 pm

I just got this from Madeline: The price is 18.00 not including gratuities or drinks. Menu is shaping up and I will get that out to you ASAP. It will include appetizers,( one new ) Salads, 5 pizzas,( two that are not on the current menu). Also a new dessert pizza. Mike just won the Girl Scout competition for the best dessert pizza of the show so he is excited to share that with the group.

Sounds like a good price for a great meal! As I said before we will be in the new upstairs room which is set up to seat 32 people. We presently have 33 on the list which we can work with. I'll start a standby list in case we have someone drop out. Especially for this offline please try to notify if you can't attend.

The dinner is scheduled for Sunday February 12 @ 6:00.

Here's a list I have of attendees:
Mark R 2
Alison Hanover 3
Ed Vermillion 4
Jackie R 2
Stephen D 1
Robin Garr 2 V1
Suzi Bernert 2
Adam Smith 1
Shane Campbell 1
Gary F 2
Brian Curl 1
Dan Thomas 1
Gayle DeM 1
Leah S 2 V1
Deb Hall 1
John Hagan 2
Carol C 2
Total 30 vegetarian 2

Standby list:

It would be great if we count meat eaters and vegetarians. We could also have more attendees if we move the party downstairs. We can always use the upstairs for overflow dining.

Anyone who wants vegetarian please reply to this post. Otherwise I will assume you aren't. That will make things easier. If you want to be added for attendance also let me know so we can see how many we end up with.

I'd just as soon go all-veggie when I'm not reviewing. I can nab some bites of pig and cow from Mary's omnivore plate.

My first response was "Well, I suppose you could be if you wanted to, but seeing as your name is Gary, your friends might get confused" Then I thought I would be more adult. :D David F apparently joined on December 5th 2011, so I think your RSVP probably got lost somewhere. Why don't you PM Mark R to find out what is going on?

I think of Ed in a fatherly way- thus I should have one his two stand-by seats, right?

Seriously, our plans for the 12th changed - please add 1 ( non-veggie) to the stand-by list for me.

Thanks!
