Whoa! I ran into those guys at the Bourbon Festival in Bardstown last month (I was down there for a different reason, no, really) and bought a bag of locavore garlic. It is (or was) awesome! Very fresh, and very good, strong but clean garlic flavor. I got the real stuff, not the mild elephant garlic. Do you carry their garlic cloves in bags, Jamie? I will definitely be by for some if you do.
