Three reasons: (1) Because most of us "pot stirrers" are on self imposed sabbaticals (2) Other interesting personalities are on Food Dad suspension...and (3) When it comes to thumb-on-the-pulse-of-the-food-scene...The place just isn't as cutting edge as it once was.Just MHO.
