Dundee Tavern with choice of red or white chili
Potato Nacho's at Boombozz
Alan Hincks
Overtime Sports Bar and Grille

A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

Alan, I certainly have to agree with you about the Potato Nachos! Not exactly what you expect when ordering nachos but they're certainly great.

Duck Nachos from Asiatique (tossed with spicy miso aioli). Yes, that sounds perfect for your taste, St. Eve. ;-)

I was at Cumberland Brews with a group of people and we ordered the already good black bean nachos, but then someone had the idea to douse them with a bowl of spicy bison chili. Delicious, if a little messy.

:? ...............OK, my bad. I should have been a bit more specific. Lets try again.

My lovely daughter just moved to L'ville. She LOVES Tex-Mex style Nachos, to the point where she has created a little "blog' called (something like "NachoMammasNachosLovers" or something like that) So I'm looking to compile a list of places known for their Tex-Mex style Nachos.

Well then, I can tell you to avoid El Caporal. Blech. I remember BBC having good nachos, but not sure about them being a border chow. Great chili, though. If you haven't had it, yoda thinks you should.

Jack-Kay...I don't think I'd eat that with your mouth. :? Then again I have sworn off all Asian meat dishes not cooked in my kitchen.

I believe it because I've had it. Their queso used to be my hands down favorite in the city. Tri-colored chips that don't get stale because they sell the crap out of them and a white and creamy cheese dip making love to roasted peppers that rotates equally well. Been a few years for me, so it's nice to hear some current homage. They always had a good soup, too. I love salt.
