I think more to the point is that it was a respected Southern Indiana local that has shifted over to an expansionist mode that has evolution into a chain as part of its business plan.

I never thought I would defend them, as their food in the past was not good at all, but they seemed to have turned a corner lately in their food quality. Their pizza has really improved, and it seems like they are doing better with their regular dishes as well. I actually think the same thing has happened at Buckheads as well. In the past I would never refer anyone to either of their restaurants, but I would not hesitate to do so now. I'm not sure if there is a difference between them on either side of the river, but all of my experiences have been with the units on the river in Jeffersonville. Maybe their management heard the complaints and decided to do something about it.
