The full name of the place is "I Love Sushi & Teriyaki." Very small place, but delicious. Everyone that I've taken has enjoyed it. The chef/owner usually comes out to say hello and answer any questions, as the main server doesn't seem to have the clearest English. Since they are new, when I've gone the sushi chef has always sent over a little extra something as well. And though not listed on the menu, they serve soup and salad to everyone without charging extra. The last time I went the owner made me a dessert with caramelized bananas and green tea ice cream that I quite enjoyed when the owner found out that I have a bakery,
I should warn that they really know how to add the heat. If a sushi roll or dish says that it's spicy, expect it to have a pretty strong kick to it. The Tuna Lover's Roll has serious heat, but they will make it mild upon request. I also recommend the Spicy Tofu appetizer.
The sushi is delicious, but if sushi isn't your favorite, I highly recommend the Kalbi. It is similar to a Korean Bulgogi dish, but with a higher quality of meat. (They also serve Bulgogi. I assume there is a Korean influence somewhere in the kitchen.) Both the chicken and beef teriyaki were perfectly cooked when I tried them as well, without being overly sweet.
I definitely recommend giving it a try! I really want this place to stick around.
