Hammerheads opened in Nov. or Dec. and Come Back Inn has been listed for sale since August so competition is definately not the reason for the sale. We want as many successful restaurants as possible in the neighborhood making it a destination like Bardstown Road or Frankfort Ave.
Since opening our doors in 1996 we have had an exit strategy of 15 years. My husband had wanted to own an Italian pub since he was young, so he opened CBI. We also knew that we wanted to do other things in life as well as being restarauteurs. I like to call it a planned mid-life crisis, others might call it a career change.![]()
The restaurant is still very busy and profitable and is on the market as "turn-key".
Thanks everyone,

First Lentini's, then Ray Parella's, and now Comeback Inn. I will miss the cheese Won Tons, the Fettucini, the Pizzas. It's one of the few restaurants where every meal they serve is a winner.
