Indi's in Jeffersonville..... YAY!!!

by Becky M » Sun Dec 12, 2010 5:36 pm

thought this was worthy of posting......

Indi's will be opening in Jeffersonville next week, i do not have an exact date and time, just that it is next week. It will be located on 10th Street, in between Thorton's and Pizza Hut. Really excited about this, we love Indi's. :D :D :D

I believe they will be in the old Wendy's building, not to be confused with the new(er) Wendy's building a block up the street.

Now can I get one in the Cliffside Plaza on lower Brownsboro? We are already getting a Little Caesar's down there! Indi's would be the coup de grace!

Yes, old Wendys-turned-New-China is now Indi's...in front of Kroger on 10th.

Taco Bueno should never go out of business, they are SO much better than Taco Hut! I'd like one of those in the Cliffside Plaza also please.

I think they will, personally i think that Indi's is wayyyy better than Taco Bueno fare. We pick up Popeye's once in a while, but i know we will be doing Indi's instead.

Their meat is a bit better than Taco Bell, seasoning is different, but i thought it was greasier. I don't think they were that different from Taco Bell though. Now, they had a really good chicken quesadilla was actually pretty good. I think we went there no more than four times, five times.... tops. so meh....

But i don't consider those places food... just kind of snacking stuff.

I just like that they sell you a platter of food instead of a taco in a paper wrapper and they seem to take a bit more care with the food. Having salsa and guac is a step up from the Bell in my eyes also. I concur on the grease and the fact that this is junk food, not a delicious meal.

Speaking of Indi's, everyone is aware that the one on Poplar Level Rd is open once again. It is totally rebuilt, from the ground up. That is certainly a good thing, because, to be honest with you, prior to them closing it was one of the nastiest looking restaurants that I had ever been around.
