Excellent grocery, Todd, but a possible issue: The quest here is for Spanish chorizo, which is a very different animal than Mexican chorizo. Sort of like the diff between Cajun andouille and French andouillettes.![]()
Are you sure La Rosita's chorizo isn't the Mexican kind?
