Louisville chef Edward Lee is heading from 610 Magnolia to Kitchen Stadium.


Lee has been a star on the local culinary scene since he took over as owner/chef of the four-star Old Louisville restaurant in 2003. Next month, he'll debut on the national stage as a contestant on the Food Network's hit show “Iron Chef America.”
Lee will appear in Kitchen Stadium at 10 p.m. Nov. 7 in a culinary throwdown against Jose Garces, an acclaimed chef with restaurants in Philadelphia and Chicago and one of the show's six master chefs.

Congrats Chef Lee! My nine year-old daughter and I watch Iron Chef every Sunday-both so excited to watch you compete! She fell asleep, but I had to wake her up to place in her own bed-she asked who WON, I told her Chef Lee and she asks by how much and I say a few points and she says "Impressive"

Watched it on the big screen, Chef Garces looked as though he was going to cry. I felt bad for him.
The Arancini, and the Duck tongue... mmmmmm mm. If there is a recreation at the restaurant, I am there. :D
