Does anyone know if Adam Richman is going to do a Louisville episode during the 3rd season?

No firm knowledge, but Food Network producers are generally pretty good about touching base with HotBytes when they plan shows here, and I haven't heard a peep out of anyone from Man V Food.

I think it may be likely. He was on the Bonnie Hunt show today and he mentioned Louisville when talking about small cities that have an amazing variety of restaurants.

When I saw Adam in New Orleans at a Saints game last season he said that he wanted to do a Louiville show since he used to live here and loves Louisville. I hope he does. Thanks for the feedback.

I have been thinking about adding a challenge at Sweet Surrender for a while now. We get a lot of customers who come in and jokingly say they'd like one of everything. I've been trying to figure out a challenge that involves eating one slice of every cake, but haven't figured out the best way to do it (maybe they would have to eat a minimum of 12 slices of cake, since we usually have about 16 different ones on hand. But then again 16 slices are the equivalent of an entire cake, so maybe it should be 16....) But then there are the cookies, cupcakes, brownies, etc... to include or not include, that is the question.

And I need to determine a fitting prize. A free slice of cake once a month for a year perhaps?

Maybe you could just do it by weight. Eat 5lbs(?) of sweets, customer picks the combo of sweets to equal the decided upon weight.

That 5lb burger challenge is awesome. Didn't know about that restaurant.
We've been thinking about making a food weekend out of Memphis. Going to Rendezvous because they have my absolute favorite ribs in the world. Then going to the place that has the big ole burger down there that he featured. Can't remember the name of the restaurant (it's changed names) but it's still listed on his website and they are still in business. Their big burger is only like $30 bucks.
