I had a DoorDash GC and didn't feel like leaving the house for lunch today, so treated myself to a hot chicken banh mi with a side of "pho-ries," delivered to my door. It was cold by the time it arrived, but other than that, everything was very good. Great seasoning on the fries. I kept half to reheat tomorrow. Apparently the restaurant was/is also known as Pho Ba Lu.

I also want to try YachtSea, which is nearby.

I’m not sure if it’s a rebranding or new ownership from Pho Ba Luu. I had a very strange experience there when it was new, really put me off from going back.

I really enjoyed their banh mi when it was Pho Ba Luu. We went a couple months ago after the rebrand. The menu has expanded and the place is more nicely decorated now, but we really didn't care for the dishes we got, to be honest. Just some odd flavors to them that didn't sit well with us. For context, we're big fans of Vietnamese food; eat at Nam Nam Cafe all the time and have enjoyed Vietnam Kitchen when we can get down there.
